I can make that happen - And I'll have a blast doing it. Surprise proposal session are a ton of fun, even when it means hiking up a mountain or sitting in a bush for an hour.

I price services separately


I totally understand confusion over not offering pre-wedding photography as a free addition to wedding packages, but I prefer to keep things real. Even if a package says you aren't paying for an engagement shoot, you are; you just don't get to know what the price is. That's the mean reason I keep things separate - I want clients to have clarity when making comparisons between vendors.


That doesn't mean I don't offer discounts! Any client who books a pre-wedding shoot with me gets $150 off their next shoot, and if that's another pre-wedding shoot (like an engagement or shower), they get an additional $300 discount on their wedding coverage. I'd rather offer discounts after the fact than insist a couple lock into wedding coverage just to have engagement photos taken.
