The Request
With their series of "The Kensington" senior living and memory care community homes, KSL focuses on making their community members feel like family. They needed their promotional images to capture that feeling - wanted a gallery of promotional images their marketing team could pull for any occasion.
The Process
Owl Ears participated in the creative planning process that worked until the 5-day shoot in Sierra Madre, California arrived. Equipment rentals were managed, shoot schedules were coordinated around the very real participants and their families, and we ended each day with hundreds of ultra hi-res images ready for the phone or billboard. For the next three months, Owl Ears and the marketing team worked collaboratively to retouch, revise, and deliver a final gallery of 800 images.
